(To let the customer know about how much the work will cost and get their approval to make sure that they want the work done.)
To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot

To maintain customer service records for one year or more.
(To know what services were rendered and to be able to keep up
with the likes and dislikes of the customers.)
To exercise reasonable care for the customer's property while
performing the work.
